Three Pork Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork Mince
- 1 Shallot or Small Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic (Crushed)
- 200 g Chorizo (Not Spicy, Finely Chopped)
- 85 g Rashers (Finely Chopped)
- 2 tsp Cumin – Ground
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp Thyme (Dried)
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 6 Burger buns (Brioche or Plain)
- Salt & Pepper for seasoning
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
- Shape into quarter pound burgers. You should get 8 burgers.
- Fry or BBQ to taste. Serve on toasted brioche/white buns with whatever you like on your burger.
