Burger buns (Brioche or Plain)
Salt & Pepper for seasoning
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
Shape into quarter pound burgers. You should get 8 burgers.
Fry or BBQ to taste. Serve on toasted brioche/white buns with whatever you like on your burger.
