Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Pork Mince
  • 1 Shallot or Small Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Crushed)
  • 200 g Chorizo (Not Spicy, Finely Chopped)
  • 85 g Rashers (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 tsp Cumin - Ground
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Thyme (Dried)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 6 Burger buns (Brioche or Plain)
  • Salt & Pepper for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
  • Shape into quarter pound burgers. You should get 8 burgers.
  • Fry or BBQ to taste. Serve on toasted brioche/white buns with whatever you like on your burger.
