Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients
- 25 g Butter Softened
- 2 Garlic Cloves Crushed
- 100 ml Milk
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
- 900 g Potatoes peeled
Instructions
- Put the butter, cream, milk, garlic and nutmeg in a large pan and bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat and add the sliced raw potatoes. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Place the potatoes and sauce in the greased baking dish. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes, until the potatoes are just tender.
- Remove the foil and bake for a further 20 minutes, until the top is golden.
- Eat.
