Pasta with Pork Mince

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Pork Mince
  • 1 Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Crushed
  • 300 ml Chick Stock
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 400 g Chopped Tomoatoes
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Fry the chopped onion until softened in the olive oil on a medium heat pan.Add the crushed garlic, chilli and thyme to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes.Add the pork mince and increase the heat. Cook until browned.Add the wine and cook until about half has evaporated.Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, chicken stock and salt and pepper to season is needed. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes.Boil the pasta as normal and serve the mince on top. Finish with some grated parmesan.
