Three Pork Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1kg Minced Pork
  • 1 Shallot
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 200g Chorizo (Finely chopped)
  • 85g Rashers (Finely chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 6 Brioche Burger Buns
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
Shape into quarter pound burgers. You should get 8 burgers.
Fry or BBQ to taste
Serve on toasted brioche buns with whatever you like on your burger.
